Are all of the 3rd party race packs up-to-date in the full install
pack?

I believe the previous one still had a few races out of date, and
there have been more updates since then too.

I've done a quick check.

I believe that the IMT is the only 3rd party race that does not have
its most recent release included in the install pack.

Also, the install pack has an updated version of the RCS. I don't
believe I've seen this previously released.

Today the IMT marketing director categorically denied suggestions of a
deliberate scalping policy. Allegations in the trade press that the
company had released a freebie teaser, then charged exhorbitant fees
when users wanted to upgrade to the "Professional" version, have been
suppressed by injunctions and judicious application of commissions.

In an unrelated incident, police are appealing for witnesses to the
devouring of several journalists by Chupanoid mercenaries.
