Any clue when will Tim release a new package ?

I've read that Tim (the author) might have gotten enough data back
that he might be putting a new package together ...

Any news on when that might be ?

Or better yet, a release date for the game itself?
Will this be forever beta?

It already seems to have become a game which is too complicated to ever be
marketed to new players. Time to shift to smoother integration of AI,
tutorials, and docs?
