Question about cloning

I haven't used simpe yet, but I did run it once and look at it...

But now I may have a use for it, I want to clone a sim family that I have that
is ages old, and has pages and pages of friends and memories... I've cheated the
kids from adults back to kids and all kinds of things...

What I want is the same family, but fresh... 2 parents, 2 toddles... no
memories...

Will simpe cloning do this? Is it hard to do? Can I move these fresh sims into
another computer?

Yes, you can do it with that. Look for Engram's answer in the thread
above "Newbie! Please help me!" She gives a link to a tutorial on how
to do this. It isn't hard at all. And yes, if you use SimPE to export
the sims to Body Shop, then clone them and package the CLONES (get rid
of the originals after cloning them in Body Shop -- just delete them
with Body Shop) you can then move the packaged sims to another computer
or upload them someplace. Get rid of the originals because somehow they
can get slightly skewed in the exporting -- DNA or something like that.
