| I need an addon which lets me call a spell on myself if I click an
icon with right mouse button. Anyone know of such an addon? I tried to
find one, and apparently there were some for pre-TBC, but not anymore.
There's an option to automatically cast a spell on yourself if you
don't have a target which is applicable for the spell, but that's not
what I want.

You can alt-left click, that will cast a spell on yourself.
Alternatively you can make a simple macro (can't test it at work, but
should do it)
/cast [nobutton:2] Somespell
/cast [button:2, target=self] Somespell

Thanks, I'll try that, although I'd prefer right-click.

I know this could be done with macros, but it would be too much hassle

It should only be a limited set of spells that you normally cast on
yourself. Remember that each character gets their own macros in
addition to your "Global" macros available to all your chars, so
running out of room won't be an issue. While I haven't done exactly
what you describe, I did to similar macros on my mage for my water,
food, and mana gems. A right click on the icon is for the Conjure
spell to create it, whereas a left click is to use it.

Bongos2 is a replacement for your buttons, allowing you to move your bars
wherever you want.
This gives you an option to right-click selfcast.

If you rebind the right mouse button, how will you turn your character?
The arrow keys?
