It's one of the options when you press F5 and go into the options menu. I
can't remember where it is, might be under the camera icon or the cog, but
there's an option that says something like "force 24 hour clock" and a radio
button for on/off.
Not that I noticed! I noticed people whining about it. I'm European by birth
and was in the Army Reserves here so the 24 hour clock is the more natural
way of telling time for me.
