The Use button doesn't work on Certain Servers?

Basically that's it. On some servers I can't jump into vehicles or do
anything like that.
I can get off thatr server, get on another one and its perfectly fine -
so I know its not that I forgot to bind the key.

I've noticed some mods override your own keybindings. I can't use my
unique rocket and grenade launcher binds on some servers.
