Hi,

Still having joystick-problems....canīt seem to calibrate nor configurate
this joystick...in the beginning I was having problems with the rudder which
was banking hard to the right all the time...and when get this to work it
changes the programming of some of the buttons on the joystick...also I must
start the simulator without the joystick connected in order eliminate some
of the problems...

Has anyone experienced these problems with calibrating the joystick...I
admit this joystick is cheap piece of junk...just need an excuse to get rid
of it...GRR...

Erik

Yep. Toss it. I have a Saitek X52 set up. Not cheap tho. had a USB
Logitech that cost me $10. Worked like a charm. Got the Saitek as a gift.

Hi Eric,

"...just need an excuse to get rid of it...GRR..."

No, there are no known solutions to those problems, with that particular
stick, mate

I have a Microsoft Sidewinder Precision Pro and that is also pretty
bloody ordinary. On many aircraft the slightest movement to the right is
vastly too much and a lot is required to the left. I have configured it
and it makes no difference. Any input appreciated. BTW if necessary I
will toss the thing!

Hi BernieFlyer,

I guess you could try pulling it apart and cleaning everything, mate,
but short of that, it sounds like it's had the gong.

Yeehhaww?

Yes, I don't think I will bother cleaning it but then I might just give
it a whirl and see for the heck of it.
