looking for an old arcade game

hi,
I'm looking for this old arcade name that i have no idea of it's
name...the only thing i remember is that the the storyline is a bunch
of ninjas in training that one of them is kidnapped and you can choose
your ninja to go rescue her, also when starting the game it shouts
"ninja!" it is a basuc punch 'em' side roll screen game, there is one
level where you ski and fight enemies along the way i really hope
someone could tell me its name...
