I cannot get AA to work for FS9. It was fine with my old PC running XP and
ATI graphics. My new system has Vista 64 bit and a Nvidia Geforce 8800GTX.
I've tried setting up FS9 in the Nvidia control panel using overides for
FS9.exe. But still jaggies, looks really aweful. Any help would be
appreciated Smile

Hi Alan,
I have the same video card. I have found that in order to get AA to work
in FS9 and FSX, that I had to turn it on in BOTH the nVidia control panel
AND in the FS9 program. If I just did it in one or the other, it didn't
work. Also, once you have turned it on in both, close down FS9 and then
re-start it and you should see the difference. I hope this helps.

Hi Randy,
Yes, I've found that that works now. It was actually the opposite of the ATI
graphics card, If AA was turned on in FS9 it did not work. One thing I'd
like to say though as my opinion and not wanting to upset Nvidia owners. My
last Graphic card was a Saphire Radeon 1950XT and now comparing the two PCs'
together, I think the Radeon's AA and Anistropic are far superior to the
Nvidia. Although I do appreciate the real benefit now of having 100%
ultimate Traffic sitting at UK2000's Heathrow Pro with all setting to max
and landing PMDG's 737 in 1680x1050 widescreen and the frame rate not
dropping below 19!
