How do I adjust the horizontal hold on a stand-up Victory ..

Not familiar with that game. Most of the larger games have a wired
"remote" to adjust the monitor. The horizontal hold is not normally
included on there. It is usually on the monitor chassis which is
mounted underneath the tube in the back of the cabinet. You'll have to
get a flashlight and hunt for it. While you have the back open, look
for the remote (if there is one) and adjust the rest of the picture.
