Lars, have you looked in the folder for that aircraft to see if that folder
contains the Texture subfolder?

I have a few white textures in some folders but they are put there for those
of us who like to repaint planes. It gives them the "blank textures" with
which they can start their repainting project as I understand it.

To which plane specifically, are you referring?

Lars, I just checked Abacus' website. FSX version is not yet available if I
read the stuff correctly.
A FS10 upgrade will be free when available. Apparently you installed this
into FS10. Are you sure you placed your files correctly. The FS9 installer
will not work in FS10. FS10 planes are located in a SIMOBJECTS folder that
FS9 does not have.

You can install the plane in FS10 but you have to installed into a temporary
location then drag the files to the proper FS10 folder. That is what I have
done with a lot of FS9 planes.

Look in the Aircraft Directory of FS10 and see if the plane is located
there. If so, you need to move the files to the Simobjects\airplanes
folder. Are you comfortable with draging and dropping or with copy and
paste?

Well obviously there should be planes of color in that package. I am not
familiar with that airplane, however. Does it have an automatic installer?
Sometimes those installers get screwed up and puts things in the wrong
place.

Can you look in the A380 folder in the FSX\...Simobjects\airplanes\???A380
and see if there are any subfolders such as Model, Sound, Panel. You should
also find a texture folder for EACH Livery that was installed for that A380.
Do you have any Texture subfolders there? Maybe someone with that plane
will respond. I rarely fly heavy jets so I did not buy that particular
plane.

Could be a thousand things Surprised/

Faulty install, a Video card that is not up for the task, other installs
interfering, too much sceneries loading in the back..........

Do they stay white all the time, or does their colour return after a while?

Try going to a rural airport, with no add-on scenery and set your sliders a
bit lower than normally. If that solves the problem, it's scenery loading
that is the culprit, if not it's most likely the A/C install that is flawed.
