This is what I currently have built:
Kharn
Fabius Bile
I X CSM Lord in termie armor
1 X Sorcerer
5X CSM Chosen
10X CSM regular troops
8X Berzerkers of Khorne ("Loving you is like a fist! BERZERKER!!!!")
8X 1K Sons & sorcerer
5X Posessed
5X CSM Termies
Land Raider
Defiler
A Rhino is #1 on my "to buy next" list, and I'm toying with the idea of more
troops (Plague Marines) or fast attack (Bikes).
If you was me, what would you get?

From what you have already, I'd guess your CSM's and mine don't exactly see
eye to ocular on tactics... If it were me, I'd add about 10 more regular
CSM's to add volume of fire & volume of wounds, then get a Predator (TL
Lascannon + HB sponsons) or a Vindicator. Raptors might be useful too, but
not if your budget is an issue... they're now unit size 5-20 and a regular
fast attack pick (the unit used to be 0-1), but they're all metal minis and
that can get pricey.
Good hunting,

Let's just reorganize your collection a bit:
+++
HQ
Sorcerer
Termi Lord
Elites
5X Chosen - add HB and Plasguns or PFist and Meltas, etc
5X Termies (or include Lord for 2x3)
5X Posessed - Possessed have no weapons now :- (
(If yours are modelled with pistols, just use them as Chosen.)
Troops
10X CSM - add Las/ Plas or Plas/ Plas, etc
8X Berzerkers - add Kharn (as Champ)
8X 1K Sons & sorcerer - add Fabio (as Champ) and a Rhino
Heavy
Defiler
Land Raider - unofficial Berzerker taxi
+++
Other than a Rhino and a few squad upgrades, it looks pretty good.
Sketch out the extra weapons you want and cost the list out.
> A Rhino is #1 on my "to buy next" list, and I'm toying with the idea of more
> troops (Plague Marines) or fast attack (Bikes)
You're left with 3 Troops, 3 Fast and 1 Heavy slot available.
Your list's already fairly mobile in one way or another.
(Sorcerer can fly, Chosen Infiltrate, Termis DS, 2 transports, etc.)
I'd say consider a fourth Marine Unit and 2x Obliterators.
Plaguers are quite expensive for Init3 troops, but it's your call.
If you feel the need for speed, avoid Spawn as a Fast Attack choice.
Bikes are fine, as are Raptors (if you like those Raptor models).
FWIW, I cobbled my Raptors using these:
http://www.electricsupplyonline.com/prod/gb-wire_connectors/17-003_w017937.php
Glue them together in pairs to make cheap Jump Packs. ;- )

Yes, I'm expecting my order from Amazing Magnets today, so I can finally do
up my Fex and magnetize the options for my Vindicators (I bought the
Linebreaker Squadron and the Apoc. book this weekend. Whoo.)
And regarding CSM vehicle options, is the Havoc launcher a one-shot weapon,
ala the HK missle, or is it able to fire once per turn?

For Raptors, I was going to buy a box of the plastics, and paint them up as
renegades. Predator is on my list, but with the 3 Vindicators I just bought,
I think I'll be good on killy power for a while.

it can fire every turn, subject to the normal rules (e.g. it's just an extra
weapon, not an extra move-and-shoot-for-free weapon). >> Stay informed about: (40K) What to add to my CSM army |

Maybe, maybe not... The vehicle entries on pp. 96-101 of the new CSM Codex
make it pretty clear that the Havoc Launcher is a pintle-mounted weapon.
(Exception: not if its mounted on a Defiler.) That means it counts as an
AA mount if you're playing Apocalypse. Otherwise, yeah, it's just another
secondary weapon subject to the usual rules.
It's actually a pretty good AA weapon, and Chaos doesn't seem to have any
other air defence at all, so I suspect we'll see quite a few of them among
the Apoc. crowd... at least until the next Gavving of the rules/Codex.

oh, yeah. I forgot you can't have a havoc launcher and a twin bolter on the
same vehicle anymore. so I should amend: it can fire every turn, subject to
the normal rules, except if gavin thorpe is nearby when you should just
shove the whole thing RIGHT UP HIS ASS
> That means it counts as an AA mount if you're playing Apocalypse.
d'you still need to be stationary to fire AA weapons?

Ah, Is that why the Chaos vehicle kits all come with so many xtra spiky
bitz? Hopefully Mr. Thorpe will consider the point taken...
And yes, the Havoc Launcher does replace the pintle mounted twin bolter or
combi-bolter. For CSM Rhinos, it can only replace the 2nd twin bolter - the
first one can't be swapped or upgraded.

No. Non-ordnance AA weapons have only one difference from a normal weapon:
they hit flyers using their normal BS instead of needing a 6. Ordnance AA
weapons (are there any???) don't roll scatter, *do* roll to hit, and need a
6 to hit; no effect at all if they miss.

Well, that's cheaper than buying from ForgeWorld, anyways.

Ohhhhh! You're staying at the good hotels. You know it's a good
hotel when there's a Penicillin dispenser right next to the cigarette
