You know - with this sudden onslaught of "legitimate questions" - I am
beginning to wonder if this is supposed to be some lame form of trolling
- or if all the sudden a bunch of people who knew what Usenet was
spontaneously began having connectivity problems.

Yes. Technically I can actually play starcraft as well but the lag
renders the game practically unplayable. I also tried it with warcraft

The only time I've ever seen that is when two people were playing behind
a router on the same IP address.
I'm sorry my friend, I don't know what the problem is.
You should take your computer off the router and empose it directly the
internet and see if the problem is in your router, or on your computer.
