The Packmaster says "wolves you control have deathtouch." So, are the
wolves considered to have abilities for the purposes of Muraganda
Petroglyphs? I wasn't sure since Deathtouch wasn't in quotes.

Yep. Deathtouch is now a keyword ability, like flying or trample or flanking.
You wouldn't expect to see "Zebras you control have 'flying'.", right? Same
thing here. Quote are used for abilities that aren't a one-word thing (or
a word and a number, or a few words like protection-from-green).

Wren's Run Packmaster {3}{G} Creature - Elf Warrior 5/5
/ Champion an Elf
/ {2}{G}: Put a 2/2 green Wolf creature token into play.
/ Each Wolf you control has deathtouch.

Muraganda Petroglyphs {3}{G} Enchantment
/ Creatures with no abilities get +2/+2.

Wren's Run Packmaster gives your Wolf permanents deathtouch. Since it
uses the phrasing for granting an ability (<thing> has <ability>) and
deathtouch is indeed an ability, the Wolf creatures are creatures with
abilities, and don't get the Muraganda Petroglyphs bonus.
