WoW forums - -mean? - I'm a Usenet veteran and thought I was pretty thick skinned until I posted on the WoW forums. Trying to get a serious answer is imposible and maybe it's me, but I have trouble what they are saying. Some of the posts are downright creepy..

Banned, deleted, renamed, moved? - Just attempted to mail one of my guildies and the server tells me that a character of that name does not exist. I checked the guild listing and he's not there either. I assumed this meant he had deleted his toon, until a fellow guildie told me he has.

I'm trying to use the WoW forums and it keeps dening my plogin info. Is
anyone else having this problem? I know I'm using the correct ones as I can
log into the game with them.

I had that problem a few weeks ago, i couldn't log on for a couple of
days, then one day it let me.

Same here. Allakhazam sometimes is screwy as well, some days, and yet
most of the time it is trouble-free. I put it down to Internet

In case anyone is interested, I found the problem. I downloaded IE7 and
since the forums are a secure site it wouldn't accepted the login until I
added the forum address of https://whatever to the trusted sites zone. Just
incase anyone else hits the same wall gives you a place to check.
