So, The "New" WoW Site??

According to the notes at the log in window this morning, 4 more realms
are moving over to the "New" WoW Site.

I t'aint the sharpest knife in the drawer, I know, but I assume this
ties in to the new hardware Blizzard recently purchased and, further,
that older realms are being moved in small clumps to these new servers.

My question, based on that, is if anyone has experienced any change by
going from the "original" to the "new" servers in terms of playability
and performance.
