WinACE 2.5.44 has been released on sourceforge.net (www.sourceforge.net/projects/winace). It is available as either a patch or full download. This version fixes the parsing of the bulletins from country names with a space in them. Someone mention that their help menu was not working. I suspect you are missing winace.chm file.
