Post subject: WinACE 2.5.18 - South Pacific: Atlantis

WinACE patch 2.5.18 has been released.
This patch contains for customizations for WinACE to support South
Pacific: Atlantis.
This patch can be used for versions 2.5.0 to 2.5.16.

Changes:
Fixed MaxPopulation for SP: Atlantis.
Added four new infrastructures for SP: Atlantis use runway->min,
radar->gold, fort->fert, navigate->ocontent in the F4 color scheme.
Increased the size of civilians to 5 digits and exceed civilans to 4
digits.
Added relations command for 4.3.0 to 4.3.3 servers, fixes the ship
colors being selected wrong.
Suppressed database reset in AutoUpdate mode for SP: Atlantis, this
should prevent the database from being cleared when your window of
opportunity is not open and you use AutoUpdate mode.
