WinACE 2.5.14 - Changeling, South Pacific: Atlantis

This is patch for WinACE 2.5.0 to 2.5.12. It is available at
www.sourceforge.net/projects/winace. There were some last minutes
changes to fix a bug for South Pacific and this version is required to
work with those changes. This version also has changes to support the
upcoming version 4.3.4 of the server. As Changeling is running a
version 4.3.4 of the server, you also need this version to deal with
the changes being implemented in 4.3.4 of the server.

Changes
Added support for 4.3.4 servers for changes to xdump
nation and countries.
Switch relations to xdump commands for 4.3.4 servers.
Added support SP: Atlantis changes support to xdump
nation and countries.
