Willpower set?

They always seem to hail from the training zone, where they're inaccessible
except to other newborns.

I think the Devs should restrict tells to team or SG mates, or direct-click
only, until at least level 3. That would throw a big hurdle into the
spammer's workload.

They could also put a watchdog on all level 1's that trips an alarm if they
/t more than x number of people within 5 minutes.

It's one of the new powersets coming in I11.
There's Willpower and Dual Blades, coming for all 4 melee ATs.

Not much information yet so far, a few posts from Castle and
BackAlleyBrawler on the boards:

Willpower has 'decent' S/L/T/P resists, 'poor' resist but 'decent'
defence vs F/C/E/NE. The taunt aura is similar to Invincibility but
increases Regen rate rather than Defence.
Willpower is the minimum FX, tought guy concept set.

Dual Blades are a fast, mostly Lethal damage set.

That would also have the effect of silencing the people who create new
characters just to spam Atlas with flamebait.

The new demo video on the Willpower and Dual Blades set has good,
(hell, better than good) info on the power set, with demos of the
powers going off.
I am going to have to delete and redo at least one of my alts to try
this out. I think it sounds great; I just hope it isn't so great it
gets nerfed into oblivion.

I shouldn't say anything, but I will, since they've released info now.
Both sets are very nice indeed, and willpower in particular - it's
graphics were practically designed for the Little Fey character concept
I used.
It's like a combo of the weaker healing stuff from /regen, with some
limited resists and defense thrown in (downer is quick recovery coming
late in the set.

The sword combos are also kind of neat, although I'm not sure how
effective they are.

Quite gratifying that my first "bug report" was the missing gladius
textures which has been fixed, and the lack of a left hand rapier and
right hand "main gauche" for lefties - both have been added. (I'm sure
others also bugged it, but it's still gratifying.)
