Are you a Wii user who has returned defective merchandise to Nintendo?
If so, we want to hear about your experience!

Kaiser Associates*, a research firm based in Washington, DC, is
looking for end-users who have gone through the RMA (Return
Merchandise Authorization) and customer support processes with various
gaming console companies.

If you have gone through the above-mentioned processes with Nintendo,
we are interested in hearing about your particular experience. As an
incentive, we are offering the first fifteen respondents a $ 25 AMEX
gift card for completing a brief online survey about your experience
(should only take 10 minutes to complete).

We would appreciate detailed responses to the open-ended questions, as
we are using the data to examine best-in-class RMA and customer
service processes.
