Have noticed that if I capture a city with workers in that they ocassionally
leap out of the city to nearby tiles.
On on a coastal city I've even had them end up in the water.
(then not movable)

Also had them end up in a another of the enemys nearby cities which captures
that city.
So in capturing one city I've ended up with 2, even though the defenders are
still in the 2nd city.

Anyone else seen this?
