Great idea, LSJ. Since CE already sold out when I taught my friends
the game, they ended up buying starters from SW and LoB mostly, which
have incompatible groups. They'll be very happy with this. Thanks!

And I hope the deluxe packaging is a tin deck box, I always use the
10th Ann. ones, I think they're great.

Kudos!

Well, the last time they did 100 cards in one go, it was in each of the
Tenth Anniversary Tins. So I imagine this might similarly give us a
pretty reusable container that can be used to hold a sleeved deck.

Sir,
if you by "ad in the obscure european web retailer" mean the post I
made about the product immediately when the info about it became
available to distributors, I must tell you that you are clearly
mistaken.

Fantasiapelit is one of the biggest retailers in the whole world and
has been around since 1985. The company is also the official Finnish
distribuot of White Wolf.

Granted, most like you as a foreginer aren't probably that likely
going to shop at either at one of our eight (Cool stores or our website
but I really don't think that this'll make us "obscure european web
retailer" Smile

Cheers,
Janne/Lönkka

Man. I'm one of the canon junkies and I still can't figure out why
every Marcus Vitel shot looks like a dental exam. Is the secret to his
power in his back molar?

Well, as I suspect that a given sheet of cards has exactly 100 cards,
and I think there are exactly 100 reprinted vampires, well, the math
does itself.

I already have enough Vitels to make 12 of those !! Wink

To tell the truth, when I was Prince I got so many that after a while the
players didn't want them anymore.

So I had to develop new ideas to get rid of them over two tournaments :

- first I made customized Vitels : with a marker I made Mickey Vitel, Zorro
Vitel, Adolph Vitel, etc etc, and gave one to each participant in the
tournament.

- but I still had many leftovers, so I made a Divining Vitel Tarot : on each
card was written a word pertinent to the game : Prince, Haven, Rush,
whatever. And the lucky player who won it (and wanted it !!) could play his
whole game by taking some cards at random and interpreting the instructions.
Somewhere between Ravnos and Malks, in a way...

So if you need ideas for you Vitels, just call me !! Wink)

BTW, we did have way too many, and if we buy this deck for Maris and co it
will make yet another one ; but the new players didn't, and will probably be
happy to get one.

Too bad about the illustration though, the old one was pretty good, hope
this one will be up to par.
