Western Technologies Question (unreleased game)

Hi,

I recently contacted someone who worked on a James Bond game in 1983
creatively titled "James Bond 007". In my interview with him, I
mentioned something about an unreleased James Bond game - there's a
link to the screenshot of the unreleased game below, if it refreshes
anyone's memory. Anyway, he told me that it was Western Technologies
who worked on the game, located in Florida. He remembers that Western
Technologies never finished the game and eventually were a year behind
in releasing a James Bond title. I did a Google Groups search and
found that a few people who used to work at Western Technologies post
here every now and then, so I figured this might be a place to start.
Does anyone know who might have worked on the game or (at the risk of
sounding like a software pirate, I don't mean to) the possibility there
is of a workable prototype laying around so it may possibly finally see
the light of day?
