I know that I've tried getting the info for this before, but I didn't
have much luck. My main questions are:
1) Can this be done with a new tube?
2) Where can I get this tube?
3) Is there any info anywhere that I can find instructions?

I just put a cap kit in it and everything looks pretty good except my green is gone completely (I can trace that out myself) and the red looks so orange that it's almost yellow.
