Weird player

I was on the Hushed Bank wolf hunting and gathering some leather when I
came across a dead wolf. It was skinable and no one was around so
started skinning it. While I was in the middle of it a guy comes up and
said "What are you doing".

Thinking maybe he had killed the wolf and had been going to skin himself
I was going to offer to give him the leather so asked him. He said yes
he killed it and wanted the leather but he couldn't skin himself.

"Oh..." I said, finally he wandered off.

What did he expect me to do? If the guy said he was going to skin the
thing I would have given him the leather, but as it was all he was going
to do was let it rot.

Later I cam out of the Inn and it was raining like I'd never seen it
rain before, and from the sound there was quite a wind too.

I really wish Blizzard would add more details to the weather. Water
running across the pavements, puddles, tree branches blowing in the
wind, maybe some branches down in a real storm, and they should also
make it a bit more difficult to operate in heavy weather, as it is it
seems to have no effect on the players or the critters we have to deal
with... weather and the fall of night should make changes, just as they
do in real life.

That was weird. It's not like he *could* have skinned it in any
case.

My paladin isn't a skinner either, but when I'm grinding skinnable
animals in an area, I usually announce it for anyone who might be. In
Westfall, this gnome mage kept "helping" me with my kills so that he
could skin them. I told him about 4 times that I wanted to get the XP
and *I* was able to kill them, but finally I just left. I guess he
couldn't read or something...
