Which Version do i need for following Games?

Sega Rally Championship
Sega Rally 2
Sega Touring Car Championship

And is there a Windows GUI for the newer Mame Versions?

TIA.

There is a Sega System 2 Emulator that you may be able to use. But even that
doesn't emulate those games all that well.

The current version of MAME doesn't emulate those game fast enough to make
them playable.

Gee....I would have thought the phrase "THIS GAME DOES NOT WORK PROPERLY"
when it was loaded would give you enough of a clue....but I guess for some
people that wording just isn't enough.

Or perhaps English isn't your first langauge and there are no similar words
for DOES NOT WORK?

At least i know what "PROPERLY" means. So it should work,
even with Errors. And how do i know if this Errors just
little ones? So i doesn't want to know if its run, just
which Version i need. Luckily, there are Poeple who
haven't Problems with understandig. You are obviously
not one of them.

"DOS NOT WORK" and "DOES NOT WORK PROPERLY" are the same?

btw. Indeed, english isn't my first Language. I didn't
even learn it in School because in my Time they didn't
teach english. So if there is anything that i can
guarentee, then this: I will make Spelling Mistakes.

At least, i got "Sega Rally 2" startet with the newest MAME.
But, as you said, unacceptable slow. I think we just have
to wait a little longer.

Thanks for your Answer.

Why do some people think it is ok to be rude and act like an a*s. Oh well,
the game isn't playable on any version yet. Keep asking questions on here
and ignore the a*s's.

No, it shouldn't. I guess I'll send a patch to remove the "PROPERLY"
in the next version.

that marvelous Game one Day).

And why do some people THINK certain games SHOULD work, when it VERY CLEARLY
STATES
when the game is started, that it does not when "THIS GAME DOES NOT WORK
PROPERLY" comes
up on their screen?

Actually....why do some people INSIST that "game xxx MUST work!" when this
happens? Sorry folks,
but there is NO "hidden message" here. When a game is listed in the "Not
Working" section of Mame32,
you damn betcha it ain't gonna work in MAME no matter what!

And hey - if you don't like the "rude" people, you know what a killfile is -
right? Or simply don't read the messages!
DOH! What a concept!

Well, since the message seems unclear, we have to fix it.

Yawn.

> Actually....why do some people INSIST that "game xxx MUST work!"

Who did insist? When the Game says "...PROPERLY" then i think,
"Oh well, maybe this IS PLAYABLE with some Grapic/Sound glitches".
When it says "THIS GAME DOES NOT WORK" _then_ i'll quit asking.

> Sorry folks, but there is NO "hidden message" here.

It seems YOU are reading "hidden messages", like "INSIST".

How should i know if you are rude if don't read ist?

btw: You are not important or annoying enough for my Killfile Wink

How about making three levels (or more) for people who try and load the
same game up?

the first could say something like "this game dont work properly"

the second time : "No Seriously, it dont"

the third : "your not going to take english as an answer are you?"

You can go down as deep as youd like on that.

Im still betting youd get complaints though.
