I am running (well trying to run) ME from an ISO I created from the CD. I
don't like my cd-rom drive running all the time so I did it this way.
Everything works fine until a video tries to play then it kicks me all the
way out and asks me if I want to send an error report. If I do, it comes
back and says that QuickTime is the culprit. If I run the game from the CD
as opposed to the ISO it works fine. I know, I know, just run it from the
CD and be done with it, the reason I am trying to get this to work is
because I want to play the game on my laptop and it kills the battery much
faster if the CD-ROM drive is running all the time. If I can get it to work
from the ISO file that would be best. By the way if I set the compatibility
mode to Win95 or 98 the videos run fine but the audio is REALLY choppy. One
last thing, I tried un-installing QuickTime and installing the version on
the CD, didn't help.
Any Thoughts?
Craig

Never Mind
I can't get any of the video files to run from the ISO I believe that they
did not copy correctly from the CD. I need to rip it again at a lower speed
and see what that does.

No idea, but simply copying all the data to the HD was enough to
keep from having to swap disks.

After the installation there is this really big directory with
a lot of big files with wierd names, I found the same directory
on the other disks and copied all of those files to the directory
on the HD, there were a few small files with duplicate names, I
just kept the original ones and everything seemed to work alright.
