Depends on the effect you wish to achieve... RL&T would mean you had
to vocalise the commands... which in turn would alert anyone nearby to
what it was about to do... Mindlink could be used to simulate a
subvocal transmitter and receiver unit, so things could effectively be
commanded, even in a silence field, and not be overheard... you might
want to buy it with the "flashed as Radio Sense group" (-0) to
signify its technological basis.

No, AIs do not need to breathe, and are technically not "alive" to
need their Life Supporting.

I would suggest, In My Honest Opinion, that yes... a ship which
regularly travels into deep space should have full life support... but
I would not think it needed the useable by others advantage... as it
would effect every part of the ship, thus anyone inside it. But given
the vaccuum, radiation and intense cold, you'd haveto buy pretty much
most of the LS categories, except age (unless there is stasis pods)
and disease (unless theres an inherent "biofield" that removes
contaminants). Any episode of Star Trek: The Next Generation will
give you plenty of ideas.... or Deep Space 9's Defiant Warship.
