Yeah, I'm worried my box won't be powerful enough. Is there any
sort of free trial so I can find out before buying it?

Shoot me an email, and I'll hook you up with one of the buddy keys that
came with my copy. You can download the game and try it out for ten days, I
believe (*big* download).

I shot you the email but haven't heard back, decided to post in case
the email didn't get through for some reason. (Yes, I figured out the
spamblock in your posting address.

Sorry, Don. Got a new PC recently and have been kind of out of the loop for
a while, among other things letting my Usenet Hotmail account lapse, and I
missed your email.
I've since responded. Let me know if you still need a buddy key.

Well, I believe the notion that traded revolutionary graphics for
compelling gameplay is debatable where WoW is concerned, but that's a
tired discussion at this point. Besides, I think the graphical
direction was excellent. They really did create a world of Warcraft.
I've just always felt that a shallow, rock-paper-scissors approach to
class design in any MMORPG just makes the whole endeavor a big waste
of time. What can one say, though. It sure worked for them. /shrug >> Stay informed about: Vanguard |
