If you are flying on autopilot with the NAV1 radio tuned to the VOR and the
required course set in the COURSE window, push the VOR LOC button and as you
approach the radial the autopilot should pick this up and alter course
towards it.
For a better and fuller explanation have a look at Fred Clausen's tutorial
for this aircraft available on Avsim, - pmdg_flight_tutorial_v2.zip
The other, even more comprehensive, tutorial for the PMDG 737 by Tim
Metzinger is apparently still available here:
http://www.simradar.com/File/Reference_Material/index.html although at one
point it had been withdrawn for some copywrite reasons, - this one is the
real classic.
