VCR-file format

I just put the full notation of the VCR-files on the wiki (Tim had been
so kind allowed me to do so:). While the header had been there for a
while, today I put the the notation of the combat events (like movement
change, fire events, etc.) on the wiki.

I hope that there is someone interested in developing an alternative
VCR-viewer. If you have additional questions you can ask any of the
"combat crew". You can also try to join
