Myst on Linux - Anyone ever managed to get Myst i.e. the very first one, to run on Linux. First started playing the game years ago on a clapped out box running Win 98 which kept on crashing. I then installed Linux and have not been able to get Myst running using Wine.

I am at the solar machine .....down by the broken mushroom, where do I go
from here? I have tried a run and jump up at broken walkway but that gets
me nowhere......

The walkway can be lowered, but you have to approach it from the other
side ie. make it come down, not jump up to it.
