Similiar Game Playing Style - Hi there. I am a big fan of the Phantasy Star series, the original one released on the Sega Master System. I was just wondering if anyone had every looked for or found a game that is similiar in style, plot, combat, etc...as the Phantasy Star..
Phantasy Star Universe - Finished Offline - I just finished the offline mode for Phantasy Star 8 1000 26 hours, 17 minutes and 25 seconds. The levels aren't really until the very end and even then if you have a Light weapon it's not all..

You cannot -- I repeat, you cannot -- play PSU with an Xbox live silver
membership. At least that is not yet the case. I tried today, called
support, and they told me I couldn't. This is contrary to what is
indicated on the official website for the game. Highway robbery I tell
you. Just an FYI for anyone trying who doesn't want to waste half an
hour while Xbox live "support" pulls up his account.

That creates a VERY large zone of inverse pressure. I know that the 360
Beta test was limited to Gold users because they wanted to make sure the
Live Marketplace hooks were working. I thought that was only temporary
though... Did they give you an ETA on when it would work?
Not to be an advocacy jerk or anything, but it was exactly this kind of
nonsense that sold me on the PS2 version instead. Online, I've run into so
many PC users that I'm almost ready to buy a copy of that too.

Yeah, these things are down to $70 in the States. You can't find them in
brick-and-mortar stores, but the usual mail order places can't get rid of
them. I imagine one more price drop is all it will take to push me over
the edge.

Can't find a copy of this either, but if PSU does well then this is
probably first in line for a reissue. Sega does seem to be getting a lot
of mileage out of its retro titles, even more so than Nintendo.
-KKC, who just spent 45 minutes fightin De Ragan. PP Charge units are your

That's what I thought, but then I saw them for £40 and I had the money
with me. And it's excellent.
The screen's so clear, it's so comfy to hold, but the main thing is that
it's so portable. You can take it anywhere no matter what you're taking
or wearing, because it'll fit in any pocket, and it's breather a new
lease of life into my GBA games.
Coincidentally, actually, the game that's benefitted most has been
Phantasy Star Collection, which I never played too much when I got it,
but I've now nearly finished PS1 and have every intention of moving
straight onto PS2.
