First Tomb Raider: Underworld screenshots appear online!

A collection of screenshots from Tomb Raider: Underworld have begun
appearing across the internet. The screenshots showcase the immersive and
epic environment set to challenge Lara Croft.

Lara Croft in Tomb Raider: Underworld travels the globe like never before in
a search to unlock the mystery of the Mayan calendar and to uncover a portal
between mortal and underworld.

Crystal Dynamics has developed a brand new game engine to carry Lara's next
adventure onto the Next-Gen consoles and that also includes a brand new
hybrid lighting model which combines dynamic lights with carefully created
light maps to add a further realm of realism to proceedings.

Tomb Raider: Underworld (Tomb Raider has been targeted for a 2008 release
and is expected to be released on Microsoft Xbox 360, Sony Playstation3 and
Windows PC.
