I'm watching this movie right now and it more or less encapsulates why
I don't like battlesuits that increase your dexterity.

Why is that?
I remember the movie, but I don't think it was a good example of the
"possibility" (it was a comedy/Jacki Chan movie, hence aimed at humor
which shifts some of the "feel")

I much prefered the Bubblegum 2040 suits which seemed to amplify
dexerity/agility/coordination (whatever we're calling it this week..)
assisted anime martial arts.

If your suit has more coordination than you do, the only way to do it
that I can see is to have the suit operating independantly of your
control to some extent. How does a suit make your brain judge
proportions more accurately? How does it make your brain make choices
more quickly?

Very simple, by reading nerve impulses and rather than sending them
along at wiring speed using photo-rams to send them along at light
speed!

It is superheroes we are talking about. A lot of agility can be done by
limiting movements not accelerating them, clumsy people are often
considered clumsy because of how their limbs do not seem to coordinate
themselves well---that is they break something, they move and trip over
their own feet, etc--by limiting actions and movements to a more
balanced/efficient scale, you can actually increase the agility of a
person, not by "boosting" actual capability, but by eliminationg a
limitation.
