I went on an Onyxia raid last night, and i got Onyxia's head. I'm
planing on turning it in, but i'd like to give everyone who wants it, a
chance to get buffed. Something like announcing that i'll be turning it
in in 15 minutes or the like.
Any thoughts?
Also, what buffs can be gotten?
Dragonslayer for Onyxia.
Something in BB.
I remember the cheif's something in Orgimmar.
And many of these stack, making super power for a couple hours. I had
the BB, Onyxia, and the faire's dmg buff. Added firepower and wizard
oil for some serious dmg.

When I have handed-in Onyxia's head, nobody was buffed,
because a head already dangled from a stone ridge on the
entrance to Stormwind (valley of heroes). I don't know
how often it is removed, but I've heard that only one head
can be handed-in per week.
Best regards,

Not at all! It's a couple of hours normally (or is that 24h? can't
remember), check the guards to see what buff they have, this will let
you know if your head will buff everyone around. >> Stay informed about: Turing in Onyxia head. Turnin city buffs. |

Did this the other night:
/1 hey there cats and kittens, Zandalar buff incoming in 5 minutes.
It's fun, because then half the zone will start screaming at you to wait so
they can log in their alts, and the other half starts sending love notes.

That would be the zandalar buff (which hits in northwest stranglehorn and
also in booty bay), which you get for turning in the heart of Hakkar. You
also get an ass-kicking trinket.
There is also a buff for turning in Nefarian's head. I haven't seen this
one yet - we're still working on the broodlord. *

The best thing about this buff is that it sticks even when you die. *

Same buff as for Onyxia I believe, I've received both and not noticed a
difference anyway.

Thanx. Mentioned it five minutes before hand. Only one person asked me
to wait. A second person told me i needed to kill Onyxia first. I
linked the head, and he said i needed to click for a quest. I told him
a did and he said that i needed to kill Onyxia first. Heh.
Oh, and one congrats.

AFAIK* you can get the buff only every six hours. But the buff (and the
head itself) are only two hours. But I think Nefarians head is on a
different counter; but you can't receive the buff more than once.
* I haven't stood around for 6 hours and tried to hand in the head etc.
