Hi

We're almost at the end of term now, so this is probably going to be the
last email for this term so...

1) Christmas Party

The joint Treasure Trap & Sci-Fi Christmas Party will be held on Saturday
11th December at 7.00pm in St. Oswald's Church Hall (about half way
between DSU & the Science Site)

It will cost 2 pounds 50 per person, including a buffet and will feature
(hopefully) live music. There will be a bar run by TT and a joint raffle
with Sci-Fi.

2) OFP Adventure

Over-enthusiastic Fresher Productions present their first adventure this
weekend. Normal time (10.00am) at the armoury on Saturday morning. It will
be a first/second level adventure. For more info see Freya, Zoe or
Jeanette.

This leads nicely on to...

3) OGM News

a) Monster credits.
These have now been introduced and all paid up members of the society
have 3 credits each. It costs 2 credits to character an adventure and you
gain 1 credit for monstering. This will be run as of Saturday's adventure.

Extra credit may be given if you monster for an entire interactive.

b) Proxy voting
The rules have changed and now if you wish to give someone your proxy
vote you MUST inform the secretary IN WRITING before the meeting of who
has the vote. Failure to do this will mean that the vote is LOST.

Sorry to harp on, but this will now make meetings easier for the exec to
run.

c) "Rule 7"
This motion was defeated.

I hope to see you at an event soon, if it is not this term, then MERRY
CHRISTMAS from Treasure Trap.
