Ok I have never had this problem before, and it seems simple, but whatever i
do it just doesn't fix! Garbage! In my capital i have a landfill site, and
it has reached its capacity. The advisor reminds me to pay another city to
'take trash for cash' and i think i should, but this is so perplexing....
when i zone more landfill, it is as if it doesn't exist - the capacity
doesn't increase and in turn the garbage problem is not resolved. I have put
in the recycling building to reduce garbage, but still the garbage problem
remains.

help?

It is connected to the city right? And you have set up the export
contract in the finance section.

Or put it in a neighbouring city you don't care about. They are not
that expensive when you consider the massive upkeep on landfills.

A waste-to-energy power plant is another option, if your city and
revenue is big enough to support it....it will burn the garbage and turn
it into electricity, with a pollution cost.

I find in some of my cities the landfills fill up WAY too fast. In others,
they generate barely anything...?
