Post subject: Transwarp engines make you invisible or cloaked?

I thought I read somewhere in the docs that traveling at transwarp speed
with Transwarp engines make you invisible or cloaked even if it is not a
cloaking ship? I cannot find that now. Is it true?

Also, playing Cylons, I get a distress message they are overpopulated
and eating supplies... I thought Robots did not eat supplies?

Hope someone knows the answers....
