Training file for Jane's F/Ae by D."FETCH" Jordan

After a few computers I can no longer find the training files (3) by D.
"FETCH" Jordan for Janes F/A-18e simulation.
I have the notes from the original download from 8/2000 1) training
document #1 "Basis Air to Air intercept 2) training document #2 Basic NAV
and Ground attact, and 3)training document #3 NAV and Landing.

I would like to get the .cmf file, load it and follow along with the notes I
have to help me familiarize myself with the sim.

I don't know for sure if the following link will help you, but it is
