TraffiInfo.dll

When I start FS9 I innediately get a "Warning" TrafficInfo.dll will not
function.
I OK and FS9 opens. I attempted to try to delete but that is denied. How
do I get
rid of this? If needed how do I get FS9 to initate it?

Did you install the FS9.1 update? This dll is required to run FS9, did
you also make sure that the shortcut used to launch the program is not
set for compatibility mode if you use XP? Did you install any add-on
that could have modified that file?
