Want in Trade, Two Regis

I don't know how I did it. I went through Ruby with the primary purpose of
teaching Dig to a pokemon, and then going to the braille cave, triggering
the earthquake, and going after the Regis. My ultimate goal is transferring
them to Pearl, awakening Regigegas, and capturing him (I even have a
MasterBall at the ready in order to do the job).

Here's the part that will make everyone laugh . . . I have "lost" dig in
Ruby. I taught it to a Nincata, and let him sit in my box (I don't remember
having done anything with him, but I obvously did) on Lanette's PC.
Suddenly he does not know Dig! Obviously I messed up somehow, took Nincata
to the day care where he learned a new move and forgot Dig, or leveled up
Nincata and I managed to forget Dig, or something totally stupid, 'cus Dig
is now gone. All the walkthroughs say there is only one TM28 (Dig) in the
game.

Rather than go through Ruby again, I would like to trade for the two Regis
that I don't have. I need RegiIce and RegiRock (I have RegiSteel in Pearl).

Two questions
1. Would anyone be willing to trade Regis for something like Mesprit, Uxie,
Cresselia, Huntail, Groudon, Phione, Spiritomb, Shuppet, Vaporean, Joltean,
Flareon, Relicanth, or something else that I might be able to dig up? I am
more than happy to trade the Regis back after I take them to the Snow Point
Temple and catch Regigegas.

2. Could someone tell me how to trade over the GTS with someone I have
never met?

Or, is there another way to get Dig? Do anyPokemon learn it at a high
enough level?

Don't worry about trading regi's I will trade you a pokemon with dig
for a bidoof. It's no problem, you can take your pokemon to one of the
houses in pastoria and a bloke their will teach it an old move for a
heart scale,(you can dig them up underground.)
You will not be able to look at the moves you get on a pokemon through
the GTS if they aren't friends. You have to go to the building at the
end of the road as you turn directly out of the pokecentre in jubilife.
