I just played at a friends house. After 15 min I had seen enough.

The first annoying thing was the way you save the game. No hot key.
It takes about 10 clicks where it should take 1.

Next was the amount of items. Having to lug 100 items back to town 10
at a time is just not fun.

The fact that I had several level 3 items and I was only level 2 was
enough to say B-bye.

Save your money.

Well as long as you are going "Bush" with the facts, might as go wild. You found
a short-cut that only took 10 clicks to save? Nice find. The number of items is
crazy. Common sense be damned. Porting is for pussies I tell ya! I am going to
walk back every grey item even though they are worth a few gp each. I agree
about the level 3 items. I had to carry those items around for a week till I
made level 3, and could use them. Damn waste of space. Plus I only had room for
one more grey item. So it was pick up one grey item, walk back to town, sell,
walk back, pick up another grey item, rinse and repeat.

Keep up the good work. I look forward to more indepth 15 minute reviews.

1/10. Not even a decent half-arsed attempt. Pfft!

TQ has some issues for sure, but nothing you mentioned even comes close. I
wouldn't call TQ a "great" game, but it's worth its cost.

Nah, you don't want to do that. Just pick the items that are
interesting (coloured ones). No need to drag every little thingie to a
merchant. Why should you? Money will be no problem in the game.

TQ is a nice game. Wonder what you expect. I'd agree with you if you
found only lvl 20 items in your noob lvl, and nothing else. But the
'next level' items already a problem for you?

Obviously we played different games Wink

The game gets better at higher difficulty levels. You get more
storage space and a wider variety of attacks and spells as you go.

On the matter of saves.....I haven't done a lot single player,
but in all the multiplayer I've played the saving has been
automatic.

It's advisable to at least finish the game before you completely
trash it. Overall, I find it somewhat uninspired. Still, it has held
my interest through three different characters.

I enjoyed Titan Quest for awhile and then it became tiresome. It
lasted a good enough time to make me glad I played it, I am halfway
through the second area (Egypt) and will probably/maybe get back to it
at some point but either way it was fun while it lasted.

Why? If you're not having fun, why would you continue playing it? If you
get so bored/frustrated playing it that you quit, that says a lot about
the game right there.

Titan Quest - Anyone looking forward to this game? Judging by the screenshots it's going to be good.

Titan Quest oddity--or maybe not - Isn't it a bit odd that a retail gaming site like gogamer.com would have absolutely no mention of an apparent "A" game that's scheduled for release in most of the world in less than a month? Or not? -- chainbreaker
