Has anyone seen, done, or otherwise have info on coverting the plastic
chaos warriors to lose the fur capes and/or have more dynamic poses? I
suppose the posing could also apply to the bret infantry.

removing the capes would be a bitch, since the arms and legs (not to mention
the back) pretty much go back into them - you'd have to resculpt half the
entire figure.

To be honest, I wouldn't bother. If you want to re-pose Chaos Warriors,
you would probably do better to start with the previous version.
