In Time Travel [Gurps, p. 45] for time radio & time tv can be model @
50 C2 PL or Power Level for time radio, while be @ 100 C2 PL for time
tv: the 100 C2 PL is @ D20 or maximum D20 character @ 20 C1 DP which is
733 points @ 733 C3 DP or Default Psyche [Life force], while 50 C2 PL
is @ 36 C2 DP, since LS or Life Span is reduced to 25 C2, so he will be
@ level that of the Green Goblin: calculate his total points @ C3 by
C2^LOG10(C2 DP = 36). And, NOTE THAT @ 733 points, he has time travel
power[s] by astral projection: time travel by psi-power[s]. And, NOTE
THAT @ 35.35 C2 DP = 250 points @ 250 C3 DP, by 35.35^LOG10(35.35).

No it can't. GURPS doesn't have power levels.

That pretty much requires the character be, like Green Goblin,
green, because the 510 nm wavelength, assuming a DP or default
psyche @ point distribution C3 @ # range between [(10^4) &/to
(10^5)], will be in excess of his PL but not his Y(max). But
if you figure that time radio & time tv are making use of time
electromagnetism and are sponsored by time GE-Westinghouse, he
could still listen to The Shadow before it comes on @ 800 PM
or post meridium. E to the x, Dy Dx, E to the x, Dx. Cosine,
secant, tangent, sine, three point one four one five nine!

You are obviously trying to troll. You made NO attempt to understand
what i said. I hope you understand the concept of base. You need to
subtract base from C1, which will give you a #, which u raise to
another #, such as 10, but for more accuracy, use base 5, which
coincidentally coincides with dimension 5, AND BY THE WAY THE
DIMENSIOIN OF TIME IS 5, NOT 4, 4 IS FOR HYPEP-SPACE, ALTHOUGH YOU CAN
USE 4, FOR LOW LEVEL TIME TRAVEL, ALTHOUGH THE GOOD STUFF BEGINS @ 5,
WHICH IS SLIGHTLY MORE EXPENSIVE THAN IF YOUR GOAL WAS @ 4. And, when
using C1, use DP [default psyche value, life force], when computing how
long in terms of # of seconds, rather than PL, which is usually for
technology. So, since the Green Goblin is @ 18 C1 DP, then, subtact 15
from it, since you will be using base 15, which will give you 5^[18-15]
= 125 seconds: just like in the movie; so, then, IF character is @
maximum D20 @ 20 C1 DP, subtracting base 15, will give you 5^[20-15] =
5^5 = 3,125 seconds of timet travel, by astral projection[s], which is
3,125 / 60 = 52 minutes of time travel by astral projection[s]: this is
similar to but different from power stunt[s] that of Digimon or/and
Pokemon, but cost is similar, in terms of C3 PL. You can then calculate
the total # of points of character in GURPS, HERO, Champions, Dugeons &
Dragons, D20, Yu-Gi-Oh, by his C3 DP, based on his C2 DP, based on his
C1 DP, by C3 = C2^LOG10(C2 DP), where C2 = C1^LOG10(C1 DP). But, IF you
only know his rating [average pyche] from MU SAGA or/and Nobilis, which
is @ [CA - 10], THEN, add 10 to his rating, which will give you his CA
DP or Default Psyche [life force], where his C1 DP = CA^LOG10(CA DP):
NOTE that in the Green Goblin Example, you have to reduce his LS or
Life Span [END & 0 END] from his default 36 C2 to 25 C2 by [-1]
modifier, which will allow the Green Goblin to increase his C2 PL from
his default 36 to his NEW 49 C2 PL, but he has to also add [-1]
modifier to his NEW C2 PL, which will reduce effectiveness to that of
36 C2 PL; and, do NOT forget to add [-1] modifier to his default LS or
Life Span of 36 C2, by [-1 + 36^(1/2)]^2 = [-1 + 6]^2 = 5^2 = 25 C2 PL
for his LS or Life Span which is maximum level for a human: a human @
20 C2 LS will have life span of 98 years. But, do NOT forget to add,
also, [-1] modifier to his C2 PL, for cost, to turn to potential energy
into kinetic energy, such as if he is @ 100 C2 PL, by adding [-1]
modifier to his C2 PL, will reduce the effectivnessnes of his C2 PL to
81 C2 PL, which is totality of # of Absorbing Man, but @ his DP value,
where Absorbing Man is @ 24 C1 DP = rating of 5 in MU SAGA or Nobilis,
since his CA is @ 15 CA DP, so his C2 DP = approximately 81 C2 DP =
average of ABMS of 9, which ought to be written as ABSM of 9 in BESM
rpg, which is @ 4,575 C3 DP = 4,575 total points in GURPS for Absorbing
Man: the same total of 4,575 points will ALSO be in Yu-Gi-Oh @ C3 point
distribution. NOTE that since Absorbing Man is @ 24 C1 DP, subtract
what base you want astral form of Absorbing Man to have, subtact from
his C1 DP, give that # to a variable, and raise that variable or # to
another #, which ought to be 5 rather than 10, where 10 will give you
inaccurate result[s], since 10 is LOT MORE EXPENSIVE THAN 5; so, work
with 5, rather than 10, then raise 5 to that #, which is [C1 - base],
where C1 is assumed to be DP, where that # will give you # of seconds,
where # of seconds of astral projection = 5^[C1 - base], where C1 is
assumed to be DP; but, for PL, u will have 22 days in past or future,
after which it is unpredictable whether u will live OR NOT, in the body
that you inhabit, NOT to mention that it is costly to even figure out
the nearest alternate or/and parallel universe, so that you can have
your character time jump there: the cost in $ will be 1 trillion, which
is pretty expensive for a 3 week vacation in the past or future, & u
may NOT survive, when the time ends, either for u or/and for your body:
result[s] can be undpredicable, based on TL used & cost of TL @ C#.
