I have recently got hold of a copy of Tiberian Sun (better late than never!)
but it seems to be the German version. Unfortunately I don't understand
German. Is there any way to change the language into English?

Damn that's cheap but I already bought it, well my brother did anyway and
don't want to buy it again really.
