I played this a little bit this weekend and had some trouble with
it too. Hardly any racers from this generation have this much detail
and realism in the physics. What threw me off was the tires losing
their traction as the race went on. I would get in a groove thinking I
can push my machine just so hard, and suddenly that was more than it
could handle on certain curves and I was doing doughnuts in the sand.
I wouldn't say that Le Mans is especially hard for a Dreamcast racer,
it's somewhere in between MSR and F355. It's just that Dreamcast
analog is so much more sensitive than other consoles of this gen, and
it takes a little getting used to.
