I came across a standard looking atari cart, but with no label and a
rom attachment to the outer case. A swordquest rom is inserted into
it. There is a release level which unclamps the rom? Any ideas on
this one??

I have heard of this type of cart. Does it work when you insert it and turn on
the Atari? Sounds like it could be a test cart. Kind of nice really. I would
hold on to it or sell it to someone who has an Eprom burner. It would come in
handy for a person who would want to write Atari programs.

Sounds like someone just took a standard 4k cart pcb and put a ZIF socket on
it.
