Just a white/slightly pink screen when I turn it on. I recently bought
it and it was dead-no power. It turned out to be the power cable
needed replacing. I replaced the cable and now all I get is a white
screen. Any advice or help would be apreciated.

5 volts and 12 volts test good on the power supply.

I've tested the pins on the main PCB (under the sound board) and I
have 12 volts and 5 volts on their respective wires.

Yeah, but what is it on the PCB itself. Some of those games had EMI
filter boards inline that had a habit of burning power supply
connectors.

No Sound? No Power!

Check your power supply for +5VDC and +12VDC. Most likely problem is you
have a white screen and no game sounds.

Of course the game board could be unplugged or missing...

All the voltages seem to corrospond with the voltages coming out of
the psu. The 5 and 12 volts is present on the main pcb as well.

Well, in that case you either have a locked up MPU or something is wrong
with either/and/or your speaker, monitor, coin switches, or start switches.

Short of plugging into a known working cabinet I have no easy
suggestions left.

You need to pull out things like Logic Probes, 'scopes, etc..
